About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Building Services Engineer/Technician(BIM Technician) to join our dynamic team in Manila. You will be instrumental in creating 3D BIM models and CAD drawings across all design stages for cutting-edge building projects in the region.

As a key member of our expert team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and develop design-coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit. Adhering to our current design standards is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop detailed BIM models and CAD drawings.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to ensure design optimisation and integration.
  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage workflows in accordance with ISO19650 standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field with a focus on BIM modelling.
  • Proven experience at BIM level 2 and proficiency in Revit for building-related projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution and lighting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with engineering teams and AutoCAD specialists.
  • A thorough understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.
  • Experience with ISO19650 standards is highly desirable.
