**Job Title:** Expert Service Desk Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced service desk specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud communications, collaboration, and contact center solutions.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on a global scale and contribute to delivering top-notch customer implementations of cloud unified communications and collaboration solutions.
- This role involves working collaboratively with partners to ensure the successful implementation of customer projects.
- The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge of cloud communications, VoIP technology, networking, and hardware to answer partner inquiries.
- Be a champion for our partners, responding to their inquiries, build requests, and facilitating great customer service.
- Prioritize incoming partner requests based on level of urgency.
- Manage partner entitlements to ensure compliance and adherence to signed agreements.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on expert service desk usage to assigned partners.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Mastery of cloud communications and collaboration solutions.
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for implementing cloud unified communications.
- Possession of implementation knowledge of additional offerings scoped within the engineering team.
- Supporting RingCentral and all RingCentral Partner Brands.
- Ability to use native API tools for builds.
