Job Description

Cundall seeks a skilled Building Services Engineer/Technician to join our team in Manila. This exciting opportunity involves creating BIM models and CAD drawings for innovative building projects in the region.

The successful candidate will contribute to designing energy-efficient buildings and communities, while adhering to our current design standards.

We pride ourselves on our exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable mechanical and electrical solutions, that minimise the use of natural resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and manage detailed BIM models and CAD drawings.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, ensuring design optimisation and integration.
  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant with a focus on BIM modelling.

Experience:

  • Proven experience at BIM level 2 and proficient use of Revit in building-related projects.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both engineering teams and AutoCAD specialists.
  • A thorough understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.
  • Experience with ISO19650 standards is highly desirable.
