Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to support our manufacturing organization's order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations. As an Order Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Input, manage, and track customer orders within our company's ERP system.
  • Order Coordination: Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Production Monitoring: Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Internal Communication: Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent ERP systems, as well as excellent English communication skills and high attention to detail. A comfort level working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting is required. This independent contractor position offers compensation based on experience and requires 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
