Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality functions under the Quality Control Center.

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards, regulations, and certifications are met and exceeded. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee quality control activities, and establish mechanisms to monitor and report on quality performance.

You will also foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, build and mentor a high-performing quality team, and engage with cross-functional teams to integrate quality objectives into organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead quality enhancement initiatives to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee quality control activities to ensure products, services, and processes meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish metrics to measure and report on quality performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality objectives into organizational activities.
Required Skills and QualificationsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or equivalent HR experience preferred.
  • At least ten years of experience in leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Extensive experience in leading quality initiatives within a Center of Excellence or similar structure.
Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
