Job Overview

The primary focus of this role is to conduct thorough performance testing, ensuring the system's reliability, capacity, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive performance test plans in collaboration with the testing team.
  • Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for prompt resolution of identified issues.
  • Utilize industry-standard performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner to achieve optimal results.
  • Debug and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in software applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly valued.
  • Create complex performance test scripts using HTTP and web services protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Test Execution and Load Testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Thorough knowledge of Test Strategy and Performance Testing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Testing.
