Key Role in Backend Development

The position of Senior Backend Developer is critical to the success of our applications. As a seasoned developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating robust backend systems that support our diverse product offerings. Working alongside a talented team of developers and engineers, you will create scalable and efficient backend services that elevate user experiences across our applications.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Architecture and Implementation
    • Create high-performance backend applications and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define architecture and implement APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.
  • Optimization and Security
    • Optimize existing backend services for performance and scalability, ensuring the security and integrity of data through implementing best practices in database management.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, troubleshooting and debugging applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Professional Growth
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations to improve our tech stack.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on server-side architecture.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.
  • Extensive experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of security standards and best practices for web applications.
