We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing and CRM Specialist to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and retention through data-driven, on-brand messaging.

This is a full-time remote role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to a high-growth e-commerce business.

About the Role

As an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist, your primary goal will be to develop and execute advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies that maximize campaign performance.

  • Create and schedule all marketing campaigns, working closely with the Content Manager to ensure alignment with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer communications using NPS and other feedback.
  • Develop detailed briefs for the Content team, using data and past performance insights to guide high-converting email content creation.
  • Test and experiment with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements to maximize performance.
Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer communication across email, SMS, and push channels. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of our email, SMS, and push marketing channels, focusing on key performance metrics such as revenue per recipient, open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.
  • Plan, create, and schedule all marketing campaigns, working closely with the Content Manager to ensure alignment with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer communications using NPS and other feedback.
  • Develop detailed briefs for the Content team, using data and past performance insights to guide high-converting email content creation.
  • Test and experiment with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements to maximize performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Skilled in copywriting and creating messages that convert.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
  • Strong communication skills, managing briefs, coordinating across teams, and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore, strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
