We are looking for a qualified Bookkeeper to perform financial tasks and duties for small business clients.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and payroll accounts on a regular basis.
- Communicate discrepancies or anomalies to accounting team members and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Analyze financial transactions and identify unknown items for review by the accounting team.
- Prepare journal entries and document all reconciliation items in work papers.
Mandatory qualifications include experience with financial record-keeping, knowledge of reconciliation procedures, technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
This is an entry-level position requiring independence, self-direction, and effective time management. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality results and excellent customer service standards.
