Financial Transaction Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Clerk role serves as a critical component of the company's financial infrastructure, ensuring timely and accurate transactions to maintain healthy cash flows and contribute to overall financial stability and growth.

  • Oversee the outflow of financial resources, including bill processing, payments, expense reimbursements, and vendor record management.
  • Utilize BILL to efficiently manage the AP process.
  • Verify and review bills and check requests for accuracy.
  • Enforce payment terms to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete vendor records.
  • Prepare and disseminate accounts payable reports.
  • Resolve purchase orders, contracts, bills, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
  • Ensure timely credit receipt for outstanding memos.
  • Perform reconciliations of payable accounts.
  • Collaborate in month-end closing activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

This is a full-time position on a US shift, working from home. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Netsuite, and BILL.

Key qualifications include:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
