Surveillance experts play a critical role in maintaining the effectiveness of eComms platforms, models, and coverage. In this position, you will oversee the surveillance system's alignment with Macquarie's risk requirements, ensuring that it meets regulatory and internal standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive enhancements, tuning, and development of detections to maintain model accuracy and adapt to evolving risk profiles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure models align with changing business needs and identify potential vulnerabilities within the eComms landscape.
  • Manage a backlog and communicate product roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring the surveillance program remains aligned with regulatory and business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles within banking and financial services, with a focus on eComms surveillance applications.
  • Strong understanding of regulations impacting surveillance, including AI and machine learning-based enhancements.
  • Experience working in agile environments, particularly in risk management, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Expertise in roadmap planning and prioritization, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and organizational abilities.
