Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers who are placing orders, inquiring about an order, product information, or general order assistance.
  • Provide Solutions: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their concerns.
  • Upsell Opportunities: Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Build Relationships: Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Stay Current: Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best-in-class service.
  • Meet Targets: Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role:
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening:
  • Basic computer and typing skills:
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality:
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types:
  • Strong time management skills with the majority of your time focused on inbound calls:
  • Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as we will have an occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts:
  • Must have your own laptop:
