Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience (1-2 years).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

Must Haves:
