About the Role

The Territory Sales Strategist plays a crucial role in maintaining subdistributor and customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring efficient sales operations within a specific geographic area. This individual must be able to establish strong relationships, rapport, and trust with internal and external parties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Conducting regular store visits and providing feedback to store staff.
  • Collaborating with subdistributors to identify and address operational concerns.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance across stores.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.
