To achieve and sustain business volume within a specific geographic territory or pre-selected database customer base, the Territory Sales Representative will gather competitor and customer data through field sales activities or phone calls.
- Interacting with customers to establish market information specific to them.
- Observing local market trends and relating impacts upon their customers.
- Collecting competitor intelligence.
- Sharing information within the sales team to improve the ability of themselves and others to identify the most applicable PLUXEE service against competitor product offers.
- Passing on the gathered information to the Sales Director for further analysis.
Sales Strategy
The successful candidate will plan and prepare for sales visits to both existing and prospect customers, presenting the full range of products, services, and value-added solutions to every customer.
- Winning new customers through the closing of business on simplified tariffs.
- Developing existing customers via up-selling and/or cross-selling.
Customer Relationship Management
To ensure we keep the active customers within a specific geographic territory or pre-selected database, the Territory Sales Representative will form professional relationships with customer organizations through face-to-face contact in order to meet customer needs.
- Providing a channel of communication between PLUXEE and its customers, facilitating resolutions of complaints and queries.
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with relevant PLUXEE information and products.
