Key Performance Analyst Role

Join a dynamic organization and take on the challenge of measuring success through key performance indicators and other metrics in our Utilization Management team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights and meaningful information supporting decision-making and action-planning for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract relevant information from large datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain quality documents, including business processes and controls, feasibility and impact analysis, and project plans.
  • Define and analyze operational issues, identify risks, and recommend solutions based on data-driven assessment; Identify opportunities and capitalize on them.
  • Build and deliver effective presentations to communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way to different audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects and major deliverables while meeting deadlines and ensuring successful outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Education And Experience: Collected, cleaned, and analyzed large datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills to query databases and extract relevant information for reporting.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive execution of plans and initiatives.
