About the role:

We are looking for a highly capable Performance & Data Analyst who will drive KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance transparency across the IT organization. This role blends analytical rigor with visual storytelling—owning dashboards, performance scorecards, and leadership decks. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to the CTO and IT leads in ensuring that critical metrics are tracked, communicated, and acted upon consistently. This role will also contribute to increasing the maturity of IT's data analytics discipline.

What you'll do:

  • Establish and maintain KPIs for IT operations, service desk, project delivery, vendor performance, and team output
  • Identify underperformance or outliers and escalate with supporting data
  • Drive visibility of performance metrics across IT to support a data-driven culture
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent) to visualize service health, ticket trends, project progress, and initiative performance
  • Design clean, well-structured reports tailored to executive, team-level, and project stakeholders
  • Own the development of IT performance decks for ManCom, board meetings, townhalls, and strategy reviews
  • Build visual narratives that translate data into insights, trends, and calls to action
  • Analyze historical and real-time data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement areas
  • Assist IT leads in validating root cause and performance trends
  • Standardize reporting practices, define KPI metadata (source, frequency, formula), and improve data literacy across the team
  • Champion efforts to grow IT's data analytics capabilities, reporting automation, and metric discipline
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and KPIs of major IT projects or initiatives led by the CTO
  • Assist with coordination, status updates, and change tracking

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or IT performance reporting
  • Proven skills in Power BI, Excel dashboards, and PowerPoint storytelling
  • Experience monitoring operational KPIs, service levels, or project metrics
  • Strong background in building executive reports, decks, and insights
  • Familiarity with IT operations, service desk data, and incident metrics
  • Exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice, Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Experience in IT governance, PMO, or operational excellence functions
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Automate, Python) for automation
  • ITIL or Agile/Scrum certification
