Real Time Performance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Time Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing service levels across various locations, lines of business, and products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations to drive business growth. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and balance service levels across multiple channels to meet contractual agreements and internal goals.

Provide timely and accurate reporting on performance metrics to stakeholders.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in real-time analytics and data-driven decision making.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
