Job Title: Head of Credit Policy Management

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our credit policy management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing effective credit policies, as well as a strong understanding of banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit policies that align with the bank's overall strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of credit policies into business operations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in credit policy management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective credit policies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
