Credit Card Strategy Head

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Card Strategy Head to lead our credit card product innovation efforts.

As a strategic leader, you will drive portfolio growth and develop credit card product strategies aligned with business objectives. You will lead design, launch, and enhancement of credit card products, conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, monitor profitability, customer growth, and satisfaction across the portfolio, and track activation, usage, and attrition rates to drive performance.

You will ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, enhance customer experience through insights and feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve year-over-year growth. As a leader, you will mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years' experience in banking, credit cards, or FMCG strategy roles, minimum 8 years leading senior-level teams, strong knowledge of credit card business operations and financial metrics, proven record in translating strategies into revenue and brand growth, and skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
