Job Description

  • * Develop and implement credit card product strategies aligned with business goals
  • * Lead design, launch, and enhancement of credit card products
  • * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • * Monitor profitability, customer growth, and satisfaction across the portfolio
  • * Track activation, usage, and attrition rates to drive performance
  • * Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • * Enhance customer experience through insights and feedback
  • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve YOY growth
  • * Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and accountability

The Successful Applicant

  • * At least 12 years' experience in banking, credit cards, or FMCG strategy roles
  • * Minimum 8 years leading senior-level teams
  • * Strong knowledge of credit card business operations and financial metrics
  • * Proven record in translating strategies into revenue and brand growth
  • * Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • * Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills
