Business Credit Risk Manager

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Section Head and Department Head in managing credit risk through identification of risk factors, formulation of credit policies, procedures and manuals for Corporate, Consumer, and other lending segments of the Bank in accordance with regulatory, internal and international best practices.
Responsibilities:
- The role entails ensuring the proper and appropriate issuance of the Bank's credit risk management and operating manuals through preparation and coordination of policies/manuals for implementation.
- Reviews and facilitates completion of credit manuals of the business lending units that meet requirements under existing policy.
- Coordinates the need to regularly update the manuals in the database and ensures manual conformity with regular policy review.
- Provides support to clients whether internal or external to the Risk Management Office and handles queries/consultations.
- Reviews risk assessments for products, process changes, and/or exception handling cases, and prepares management reports on recommendations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics is required. College graduates are preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit or account management or audit is necessary.
