Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product listing and inventory monitoring to digital marketing and order fulfillment. He will work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to drive online revenue growth.

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of online stores (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.).
· Upload and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
· Optimize product visibility through SEO and effective categorization.
· Plan and execute online promotions, flash sales, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
· Analyze sales performance, traffic data, and consumer trends to recommend improvements.
· Collaborate with the graphics and content teams to create compelling listings and ads.
· Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with customer service for issue resolution.
· Ensure smooth order processing, delivery tracking, and after-sales service.
· Prepare and present periodic performance reports to management.

Qualifications:
· A professional and proactive work ethic.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
· At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce operations.
· Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces and CMS platforms.
· Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email marketing) is a plus.
· Proficient in Excel, analytics tools, and basic photo editing (Canva, Photoshop).
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must be detail-oriented and results-focused.
· Can start immediately.
