About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance optimization of our Shopify website.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned ecommerce professional to join our team and drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce management, with experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize all Product Display Pages (PDPs), ensuring accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design
  • Oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates
  • Plan and execute product launches and sales promotions
  • Monitor site daily to ensure uptime, product availability, and bug-free performance
Content & Blog
  • Update and publish blog content regularly, collaborating with the editorial team on ideas to tie site content to brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling
Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics performance metrics
  • Track and report on site health, Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, and bounce rates
  • Make actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer experience
Email & SMS Marketing
  • Manage and grow revenue through email and SMS marketing
  • Build, optimize, and test flows for welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, and win-back campaigns
Team Liaison
  • Communicate clearly with the offshore dev team to troubleshoot bugs and implement technical updates
  • Act as point person for all ecommerce operations questions within the broader team
Requirements
  • 3+ years managing Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce, preferably in beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands
  • Deep experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (email and SMS)
  • Confident with Google Analytics, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation
  • Strong eye for detail and user experience
  • Excellent copy, communication, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role, but collaborative in spirit

  • Know basic Liquid/CSS for Shopify tweaks
