Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact in the logistics industry? As an Account Sales Support Representative, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

You will work closely with our Account Sales Representatives to coordinate all shipments and proactively communicate with scheduling, load management and carrier sales teams. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Main operational point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a load
  • Have a very good understanding of all operational processes and requirements for your customers and be responsible for updating SOPs on a regular basis
  • Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and when issues arise
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure loads are meeting OTP and OTD
  • Handle Quote and Book tasks as required by the subset of customers assigned
  • Assist with the scheduling / rescheduling of appointments as needed
  • Perform scorecard audits - ensure both external and internal metrics are aligned
  • Provide customer feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
  • Process accessorials in a timely manner
  • Assist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and customer-facing
  • 9+ months work experience at a US logistics brokerage with shippers
  • Experience with scheduling tasks a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Quote & Book tasks a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to quickly assess and resolve issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Able to maintain a level head in high-pressure situations
  • High level of autonomy
