Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Professional to join our team. As a Logistics Billing & Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing software systems and UPS/FedEx invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Your expertise will ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness in the logistics and warehousing environment.
- Audit UPS/FedEx invoices to identify billing errors, overcharges, and discrepancies.
- Review and assess software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of audit findings with actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimise processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven accounting experience within a logistics or warehousing company.
- Proven experience in auditing, invoicing, billing and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in auditing tools and software; advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
