Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing import bookings and coordinating customer orders with overseas agents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing import bookings and coordinating customer orders with overseas agents
  • Communicating effectively with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents
  • Providing shipment order tracking and status reports
  • Handling job invoicing and processing creditor invoices
  • Arranging transport and cartage
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working area by adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate of Customs Administration or related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry
  • Solid work exposure in end-to-end activities of order processing
  • Proficient in using Cargowise/ICS/Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Excellent customer service skills
