
Senior Office Coordinator Position

This is a 6-month contract with possibility of extension, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a property market and maintenance services industry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working in administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities- Data integrity - Updating duplicate sites / contacts / customers
- Customer information management - Contact details of property managers. Customer contracts relating to safety checks
- Site information management - Linking customer information and assets. Site contacts – Property Managers, Renters and Rental Providers
- Report management - Adding historical reports to sites and jobs. Emailing completed reports, invoices and quotes where relevant to property managers
- Work orders - Updating work orders to Simpro (could be as leads initially)

- Experience with CRM tools
