Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to empathize and resolve issues efficiently, will make a significant impact on our clients' satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding their products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely and professional support.
  • Perform problem tracking, ensure accurate documentation, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience (email, chat, or other channels).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.
  • Quick learner with aptitude for new technology, systems, and applications.
