Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to gain a strong understanding of client requirements
  • Create job adverts that attract top talent
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Seek, and Bullhorn
  • Book and interview shortlisted candidates
  • Assist with placing successful candidates into a role
  • Complete reference checks, data entry, and other administrative duties as required
  • Work towards achieving individual weekly KPIs and talent pooling

Requirements
  • Candidate management and sourcing experience of 3 years plus
  • Commitment to a recruitment career
  • Experienced candidate manager or resourcer specialising in IT or accounting background
  • Natural and conversational relationship developer who delivers on their word to clients and candidates
  • Driven, ambitious, and wanting to be part of something exceptional
  • Mature enough to work in a flexible and positive culture and an outcome-based environment
  • Career and financially motivated
