Technical Recruiter Role

We're seeking an experienced technical recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for IT and Engineering roles.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across IT and Engineering, including sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements, screening candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire top talent for technical roles
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Track progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and tools
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience using sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
