  6. Stay updated with tax laws and ensure adherence.
  7. Utilize AppFolio for effective accounting and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Proven expertise in using AppFolio effectively.
  2. Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  5. Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
