Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented property accountant to support our team with day-to-day accounting operations, resolve various accounting matters, and play a crucial role in managing and supporting financial operations.

  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use.
  • Handle investor reporting, providing detailed and clear financial information.
  • Utilize software for property accounting tasks and data management.
  • Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure high-quality accounting services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Accountant.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Proficiency with using software is strongly recommended.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting principles.
