Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing exceptional service, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Management: Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and content updates.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
  • Order Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.
  • Marketing Support: Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while ensuring brand consistency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience: In e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero).
  • Skill Set: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
