Job Description

This role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with hands-on experience in marketplace management, SEO, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and committed to maximizing product visibility across all sales channels.

The E-Commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for creating and optimizing product listings on various platforms using AI tools where applicable. This includes implementing and refining SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods, conducting keyword research and competitor analysis, and analyzing website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance.

  • Develop and track marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Maintain and grow marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning.
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback.

Requirements and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools.
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to generate AI-powered product copy.
  • Strong understanding of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
