
E-commerce Store Manager

This role involves overseeing and optimizing our online store on the Shopify platform. As a key figure in this process, you will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, improving site performance, and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Store Management & Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of all content, pricing, and product information.
- Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and user experience.
- Brand & Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement multi-channel brand marketing campaigns across digital and experiential platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and new product launches.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement A/B testing on site elements, marketing campaigns, and user flows.
- Optimize the store for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve site traffic and conversions.
- Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work with design and development teams to scope and launch new features, design updates, and custom functionality for the Shopify storefront.
- Translate business needs and creative vision into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution of site enhancements and redesigns.
- Customer Experience & Communication:
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster a strong community around the brand.
- Work with customer service teams to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand management. Demonstrated experience managing a Shopify-based store is essential.
Technical skills required include excellent understanding of the Shopify platform and its backend functions, proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics), and familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email marketing, and social media.
Core competencies include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management and organizational skills, self-starting abilities, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
