Remote E-commerce Solutions Consultant with a passion for digital innovation and technological advancements in e-commerce.

Location: Remote (Asia)

Work Schedule: 4 hours daily, 5 days per week, flexible to occasional additional hours or night shift coverage if required.

Contract Type: Long-Term Project Basis

As a highly skilled Magento Consultant, you will lead the delivery of Adobe e-commerce solutions across the APAC region. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical insights, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellence in every project.

Role Overview

Take on the challenge of architecting, designing, and implementing world-class e-commerce solutions using Adobe AEM modules and Magento. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply consulting methodologies to effectively manage e-commerce projects.
  • Conduct scoping activities to gather and analyze requirements, identifying key drivers.
  • Manage project estimations, risk assessment, and handle project commercials.
  • Architect, design, and implement solutions using Adobe Commerce.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Create and integrate content-driven e-commerce experiences on Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Define best practices and implementation processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
  • Administer user permissions and groups within Adobe Commerce.
  • Assist users with inquiries, bug fixes, and minor platform issues.
  • Document all project activities comprehensively.
  • Support agile deployment of new features and enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • 5+ years of experience in Adobe e-commerce solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Commerce ecosystem, specifically in Magento Commerce and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Adobe Commerce certification, with at least 2 certifications is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce solution administration and incident management.
  • Proficient in using Jira or similar ticketing tools.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading meetings and workshops with business users.
  • Highly adaptable to changing environments and diverse stakeholders.
