Key Responsibilities:Manage financial transactions, payroll coordination, and invoice creation using QuickBooks
Process timecards and pull reports to ensure accurate data entry and timely payment
Assist with job costing, contract tracking, and procurement processes
Manage emails, schedules, contracts, and general administrative tasks to maintain a seamless workflow
Support the business owner by prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
Communicate with vendors and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
This is a remote role that requires flexibility based on client needs and goals.
As a Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, work closely with the business owner, and maintain a well-organized office environment.
