Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Cebu. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role involves frequent client visits and requires effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to promote Hellmann's logistics services. Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team and other departments are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Cebu area
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare persuasive sales proposals and presentations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct frequent client visits and negotiate effectively
  • Provide regular reporting and collaborate with the sales team and other departments
Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry and relevant market trends
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in logistics sales is an advantage
