As a key player in the logistics world, we are seeking a skilled Freight Auditor. Your role will be to ensure that logistics supplier billing is accurate and in line with contract terms.

You will be responsible for managing the entire billing process from start to finish. This includes receiving invoices, generating 'Ok to Pay' reports, and gathering data for dashboard preparation.

This position requires strong communication skills as you will need to guide logistics service providers on uploading billing statements and coordinate between suppliers and plants to manage exceptions.

In addition to your excellent organizational skills, you should also have proficiency in English and strong analytical skills to resolve issues arising during the logistics service audit process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track all freight audit activities ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with logistics service providers, suppliers, and plant representatives.

  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies found during freight audit reviews.

  • Maintain knowledge of changing regulations and industry developments to ensure our operations stay up-to-date and compliant.

  • Provide support and assistance to other teams when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business & Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accountancy or any related field.

  • 2-3 years hands-on experience in customer operation coordination/ Transportation/ Freight Auditing.

  • Interested in handling logistics data analysis.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Ability to read and speak Korean or Japanese language is a plus.

  • Preferred knowledge and experience with various logistics services, including import/export, air freight, ocean freight, ground transportation, and warehousing.
