Optimizing Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Operational Care Specialist. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient movement of inventory and shipments, supporting vital deliveries such as medicines and wind turbines.

The successful candidate will execute tasks allocated to the OCC team based on the corporate 2.0 Blueprint, adhering to approved and latest Work Instructions (WI) and Country templates. They will also ensure accurate data entry for assigned tasks, deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and communicate with counterparts in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Graduate/College Level qualification, relevant experience preferably in logistics or airlines, and basic computer skills using Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills, organization, and time management abilities are essential, as well as flexibility in working hours and shifts.
