We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of French Language Customer Advocate. As a customer-facing representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide prompt, clear, and helpful support to resolve customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with professionalism and urgency.
  • Build strong relationships by personalizing each interaction and offering solutions.

  • Share feedback and insights to improve processes and services.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of remote or online customer service experience.
  • Bilingual customer support experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English.
