We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Responsible AI Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of artificial intelligence by ensuring that it is developed and used in ways that prioritize human values and well-being.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for embedding responsible AI principles into product development, customer engagement, and organizational operations.

  • Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with AI adoption, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing policies and procedures to support responsible AI practices.

  • You will collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research, technologies, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement across the organization.

  • In addition, you will contribute to the development of internal training programs, resources, and tools aimed at educating employees on responsible AI practices, promoting a culture of awareness and responsibility throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI ethics, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Ethics, or a related field is required. Relevant professional certifications, such as those offered by the International Association for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (IAMAI), would be a plus.
