Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a fair and respectful manner, and promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as necessary

Requirements:
