QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Medical Technology or related scientific/healthcare field.
  • License in Medical Technology required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical laboratory operations, preferably with exposure to IVD equipment.
  • Experience in performing laboratory tests, quality control procedures, and method validation is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics and clinical testing procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of laboratory quality control and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to interpret and explain clinical results and parameters.

APPLICATION SUPPORT

  • Address client complaints regarding discrepancies in equipment results
  • Provide support during product demo of Sales to respond to technical concerns.
  • Conduct Users training for new accounts.
  • Facilitate requested refresher training for existing accounts.
  • Conduct demo and method validation.
  • Assist in Internal product / process validation testing.
  • Perform machine trouble shooting.
  • Assist in machine commissioning prior to demo.
  • Perform preventive maintenance for POCT analyzer involving quality control.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

  • Acquire updated product inserts and Materials Safety Data Sheet.
  • Validation of stock request prior to demo.
  • Monitoring of demo reagents.
  • Monitoring of applications-related CRM.
  • Coordinate with principal regarding machine updates.
  • Provisions of training certificates.
  • Collation of user manuals.

  • Develop and improve self-competencies.
  • Interact proactively across all departments.
  • Machine mastery.
