At The Referrers PH, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and providing solutions within the set time limits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of incoming calls and resolve product or service problems efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer complaints and providing solutions
  • Handling large volumes of incoming calls
  • Resolving product or service problems

Required qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months experience in BPO Voice Experience
  • Good communication skills

Working setup: Onsite, Monday to Friday
