Job Title: Executive Assistant
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support an entrepreneur based in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will be proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently across various teams and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize daily schedules, including time-blocking, meeting preparation, and task prioritization
- Maintain regular accountability around key objectives and tasks
- Follow up with internal team members to ensure timely progress and updates
- Support entrepreneurial ventures: retail operations, property management, cosmetics production, and beverage distribution
- Light support for other startup projects
- A seasoned executive assistant with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to create and manage systems
- A diplomatic communicator who follows up confidently without overstepping
- Detail-oriented and autonomous – capable of “filling in the blanks” and thinking one step ahead
- Experienced supporting multiple businesses or executives
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and working across dynamic teams
- Experience working with investors or high-level stakeholders
- Previous remote experience supporting executives in Australia
- Familiarity with project management tools and asynchronous communication
- Work directly with a founder managing multiple exciting ventures
- High level of autonomy and impact
- Opportunity to grow into more strategic responsibilities over time
