Senior Finance Leaders Wanted

We are seeking a senior finance leader to join our team as a key business partner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing accounting and product costing within a large, global business.

Job Overview

The role will involve driving performance, accountability, and informed decision-making across complex, global operations. You will be responsible for leading financial reporting and analysis, overseeing accurate product costing, and ensuring compliance with group standards.

You will also be required to partner with senior leaders to align financial strategies with operational goals, provide clear data-driven insights, and confidently challenge stakeholders.

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis for Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and SHES.
  • Oversee accurate product costing, manufacturing variance analysis, and cost center reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with group standards, leveraging SAP, SAP HANA, Power BI, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will drive accuracy and insight in budgeting and forecasting, evaluate business cases using financial metrics, identify and deliver cost optimization opportunities, and enhance manufacturing finance processes using automation and analytics.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 10+ years post-graduate experience in accounting or finance, with extensive exposure to manufacturing environments. Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business is also required, along with CA, CMA, or CPA designation.
