Key Account Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Key Account Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and success of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Partnerships: Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive maximum satisfaction, adoption, and revenue performance.
  • Onboard, Enable, and Engage Partners: Lead the onboarding process, ensure partner enablement, and foster engagement to build strong advocate relationships within the organization.
  • Promote Adoption and Upsell Opportunities: Promote the adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel platform, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze Data and Inform Product Decisions: Analyze data to inform product decisions, optimize offerings, and drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Business-Level Fluency in Korean and English: Demonstrate proficiency in both Korean and English languages to effectively communicate with international partners and teams.
  • Proven Ability to Manage Strategic Partnerships: Showcase a proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business results.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Possess excellent analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Travel or E-commerce Experience: Bonus points for candidates with experience in the travel or e-commerce industry.
