Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our analytics team. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports that drive business decisions.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and translate business needs into actionable data solutions. Your expertise in data analytics tools and platforms will enable you to develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Model Design and Implementation: Develop and implement data models, dashboards, and reports that meet business requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead the analytics team and provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
- Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics tools.
- Communication: Present data insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Education: A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms, such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare datasets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms.
- Approach to Work: A proactive approach to identifying trends and driving data-driven strategies.
